 UMYF (United Methodist Youth Fellowship) The United Methodist Youth Fellowship program is open to youth in grades 7 through 12. The group meets weekly during the school year on Sunday evenings from 6-8 PM for dinner followed by a program or outing. Service projects in which the youth have participated during the past couple years have included helping out at the Montgomery County Homeless Shelter, the church pumpkin sale and work days, and assisting with Vacation Bible School. The youth participate in special worship services and sponsor a child through Compassion International. Several annual fundraisers sponsored by the youth include the Super Bowl Hoagies and Easter Egg Candy Sale, and the groups enjoy other activities such as church lock-ins, putt-putt golfing, volleyball, and especially laser tag.
