UMW/UMM
The United Methodist Women (UMW) provide a support structure in the church and community by providing strong friendships, helpful services and Christian fellowship. We commit to "find the gap and fill it" through loving action within our Church family, our neighborhood, our country and our world. The UMW's many projects, include the multigenerational All-Daughter's Banquet, the community-wide Harvest Festival activities and targeted Christmas caroling to church shut-ins and other friends in need.
The United Methodist Men (UMM) involves men of the Church individually and as a collective group to bring men together and involve them in their walk in faith. The UMM conducts prayer breakfasts and holds events such as the Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper, After Taxes Soup Supper, Seafood/Chicken Barbeque Feast and monthly Coffee, Conversation and Donuts get togethers. |
