If you are interested in using NBUMC facilities for an upcoming wedding, please download the wedding information sheet and application form, and return the completed form to the address listed in the instructions.
To request approval for use of NBUMC facilities for all other occasions, please download the NBUMC facility regulations and applcation form, and return the completed form to the church office after reviewing all rules with regard to facility use.
DO NOT E-MAIL completed forms in electronic format to either the church office or the webmaster - the completed form MUST be either mailed or faxed to the church office.
